Blending of two images a Balsam Root flower and a beautiful rock pattern found during hike up Chiwaukum Creek.
Trees. They draw me to them. I love photography them. They are timeless in the stories they can tell. These trees are high up on a ridge that was wind blasted.

Sweep of the Trees
These trees caught my attention in the distance. Something called me to take a chance and capture the image and then see what comes next. I love where this ended up.
This artistic double exposure came from exploring the merging of the wiry looking ground hugging plant and the beautiful pink succulent. The flowers were during a hike to Mt Townsend in the Spring.
Patterns of Spring
This image makes me happy. I captured a very interesting rock surface on Chiwaukum Creek hike and creatively processed to get to this final image.
