Walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain requires one to wake early each morning to avoid the heat of the mid day. This panoramic image of the field and trees and early morning sunrise was a perfect image to apply some post processing techniques to bring out the true beauty of this morning sunrise. The pano ratio of this image is 3 to 1.
Initial photograph was of trees and their reflection on Louise Lake in Mt Rainier.
Blending of two images a Balsam Root flower and a beautiful rock pattern found during hike up Chiwaukum Creek.
Forest Half Filled
Image taken on road to Tronson Ridge. Stopped on roadside as I was drawn to the forest in distance partially alive and partially burned.
Oban Evening Light
Port Townsend has a great marina to explore called Boat Haven. I was very attracted to the lovely smooth water and the reflected sky with the harbor boats. I felt the picture had a timeless look and made changes in the post processing to give it this look and to match the frame. The pano ratio of this image is 1.8 to 1.
Summer Grass Patterns
I was drawn to the way the light was filtered into these trees during our walk in Spain. I had tramp off trail through heavy brush to capture this image. I applied a number of filters in the Post Processing to get this final effect.
Light Through The Dark Forest
There is beauty even in the dark burned forests.
Full Moon Rising
Taken during a camping trip to Lake Osoyoos. I used my Nikon Superzoom camera to capture the moon rise over the distant tree-filled hillside. I utilized my creative processing tools to make this final image.
Treescape of Winter
Creative processing using Topaz Studio, Impressions and Glow of a tree dried up laying in the grasses.

Little Skellig Painted Birds
Loved the Gannet birds on little Michael Skellig. This image I felt perfectly portrayed how I felt at the time.
A Look Back
I love how this image draws me into a feel of an old photo from a past time. Not sure why exactly. Just that I like it for the "old time feel"
Lupine's early morning dew
Love how Lupine catch water and felt this post processing technique accented this well.
Trees. They draw me to them. I love photography them. They are timeless in the stories they can tell. These trees are high up on a ridge that was wind blasted.
Blasket Island Ruggedness
Blasket Island beauty is in its raw natural beauty.
Out To Dry
Created from image taken at Port Townsend. Loved the composition and found a very complementary background/texture.
Loc Sheil Shoreline Art
As we cruised along the shoreline of Loc Sheil, I was really fascinated with the landscape and knew that I could create some real gems in post processing due to the unique structures of these interesting shoreline landscapes.
